Eric BBQing some good ribs that he marinated the day before. He slowly BBQed them and the were awesome!! Eric is a very good chef. He learned "the ropes" from an Executive Chef in Guam. He has been cooking some awesome dinners ever since he got to Anchorage.
Eric is use to 80 degree weather so when we went camping to Deep Creek it was a little cold for him. Here he is warming up by the fire.Dad and Kids
