It was so scary to be close to the edge of this wall. It was a long way down from that point. Read the legend of Two Lovers Point - see attached link in the above picture.

Sage's 4th Birthday Party - Transformers

Sage loves the movie "Transformers" so this year that was his birthday theme. We had a local cake store paint the logo on his birthday cake. Half the cake was chocolate, the other half red velvet. Very good cake and very expensive!!

Burial Sight of Mike's Grandparents and Water Buffalo

Genie and Mike posing at Miguel and Rosa's (Mike's Grandparents/Dad's parents) burial plots. My understanding is that they bury their dead in these "apartment" style burial sights so just in case a typhoon hits, they are safe from being brought up to the surface after rainfall.
Cousins, Lorenzo and Tina Cruz.

Water buffalo roam wild in Guam. Sage and Isabelle loved to visit them every day. They are very close to Mike's Grandma's house.

On the Plane Ride to Guam

Sage and Isabelle did a good job on the plane ride to Guam, but weren't feeling well on the plane ride home :(
NWA had TVs in front of every seat so here is the status of our flight time and temperature outside, etc. At that time, we still had 4 1/2 hours until we reached Narita, Japan (total flying time 10 1/2 hours).

We flew right over Alaska on our way from Seattle to Narita, Japan.
